Aims
We want to improve care through digital opportunities. There are at least the following objectives:

• By taking home measurements and providing eHealth care, it is expected to recognize deterioration earlier and to be able to intervene earlier, with the aim of preventing further deterioration. We suspect that there will be fewer emergency visits and hospital admissions. We evaluate the effectiveness through scientific research.
• We investigate the effects of home measurements on patient experience in relation to illness
• We investigate the role of artificial intelligence in health care

Adults with a congenital heart defect

Adults with a congenital heart defect are a special group of patients of interest.
